ACA is an Accredited Centre for the Department of Skills Development (DSD), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. Since its establishment,
ACA has been approved to offer courses in food preparation/chef training, bakery,
pastry, food & beverage services and Indian restaurant.
At ACA, our training programmes is to produce knowledgeable and skilful professionals who can fulfil the industry’s
high standard requirements.This in turn will contribute further to the robust development of food
and beverage industry in countries around the world.
ASEAN CULINARY ACADEMY (ACA) will submit an ‘OFFER LETTER’ and
‘STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE FORM’ to the student. The student will need to Sign & return the
‘STUDENTS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM’ to ACA.
All COMPLETE documents will be forwarded to the DEPARTMENT OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT (DSD) [Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK)]
for approval of Application. Duration of DSD(JPK) approval is within 7-14 working days.
Once Approved, ACA will submit the original ‘Calling VISA’ to Student. Now Student will be
allowed to Enter Malaysia under Temporary Student Pass.
Once student arrives in Malaysia, Students & ACA representatives will need to endorse the students passport
within 14days of arrival & submit a ‘STUDENT PASS’ Application.Student will receive a ‘STUDENT PASS’ Sticker which will be attached to the students passport 14days after
‘STUDENT PASS’ Application submitted. (Based on Approval of JIM)
The Student will be entitled to stay in Malaysia as long as the ‘STUDENT PASS’ is valid.
Arrival to Malaysia
Asean Culinary Academy can mastermind to meet the students upon their entry. Understudy or operators must advise the International office of the landing points of interest by fax or email no less than 2 weeks before the entry date. When we have gotten the landing points of interest, our staff will meet the understudy at the air terminal and help with getting leeway at the Immigration checkpoint.
The College delegate needs to present the Student Approval Letter from Putrajaya and Student Detail to the Immigration Department Officer at the checkpoint.
Malaysian Immigration law requires the school to meet every single foreign student at the immigration checkpoint. Consequently, it is essential for the College to be educated of student's entry to abstain from sleeping in the air terminal.
Entrance to Malaysia

Application for the Document in lieu of Passport can be made at any Malaysian Representative Office abroad.
