Asean Culinary Academy (ACA) offers skills development programs that are fulfilling the needs and requirements of hotel, food and beverage industries at present. Students are trained hands-on in our fully equipped training rooms so that they acquire can be easily applied in the industry, both during internship at esteemed hospitality organizations as well as during their full-time employment after they graduate. This will definitely benefit them professionally as they climg the career ladder. (ACA) is always keeping up to date with the dynamic of the hospitality industry in Malaysia by collaborating with industry players at which out trainees are placed for internship. Besides fulfilling the requirement by JPK, the fifty percent internship of the training duration immerses the trainees into the reality of working world which readily enable them to assume full-time position at the same place upon graduation. This is an edge for skills development programs for much better career prospects than an academic programs.
Due to rapid development of tourism industry in Malaysia, job opportunities in the hospitality and culinary sector are abundance. With the skills acquired and exposures during internship, trainees might also be offered employment in other countries particularly in South East Asian region where the cultures of hospitality are similar.

- Businesses - Bakery and Confectionery / Catering / Restaurant.
In addition, graduates of SKM also have an opportunity to further their studies at higher levels of diploma and advanced diploma (Malaysia Skills Diploma - DKM). Having higher qualification with the rightful skills enables them to work at supervisory and management levels, as well as to pursue qualification up to doctorate level.
